 We offer semi private group personal training. These sessions will operate with up to 4 female clients training together in a small group with 1 Personal Trainer. A base program will be created for each session with exercises tailored to individuals skill level and goals. Providing resistance focused sessions that equip you with the fundamentals to feel confident to take your training to the next level either at the gym or home.
